What's it all about?
Gippsland Natural Enviromeat Beef is beef raised as nature intended. Grass-fed, HGP free, ethically farmed and from a small group of Gippsland producers who have undertaken a rigorous EMS system compliant with ISO 14001. It is also graded using the Meat Standards Australia grading system and guaranteed tender.
The beef is humanely processed at a local Gippsland abattoir and carcases butchered in the butcher shop or local boning room in Braeside.
All our beef is traceable back to the farm, and is available from a couple of butcher shops in Melbourne and selected farmers markets and home deliveries.
